We supply mail order plants all over the United Kingdom and Europe. The plants are packed straight from the pots, with the root balls wrapped in plastic and sealed. Each item is carefully packed into a sealed box. As the season goes on we may have to trim some of the plants in order to prevent damage and to squeeze them into the box! However is this necessary we will discuss this with you prior to despatch.

On receiving your order we will telephone or email you regarding current availability of plants, and to discuss payment and delivery details.
If you have ordered by email we can take payment details by telephone to ensure card security.

MINIMUM MAIL ORDER:

Please note we have a minimum plant order of £25 for the UK, and £40 to Europe.

POSTAGE & PACKING PRICES:

For Mainland UK:

For orders of £25 -£30 : p & p - £8.50

For orders £30 - £75 : p & p - £12

For orders over £75 : p & p - £12 up to a maximum of £20 (dependent on the size of the order)

Unfortunatly we are unable to provide mail order to the USA due to import restrictions.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We accept payment by most debit or credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Access (please note we do not accept American Express)

You can also pay by limited amount cheque. Please sign and date the cheque, and write on the lower section 'Not to exceed....(the full amount for your order plus post and packing)'

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of our mail order service please let us know within five days of receiving your plants. If there are any problems with the plants supplied please also let us know within five days as we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising after this time. We supply all of our plants in good faith and correctly named to the best of our knowledge, however please be aware that natural variations may occur, particularly in 'species' plants.
