(sold by us as C.faux fallax last year, now identified as this!) This one from China comes from an altitude of 9000 feet so it can take the cold. It has fantastic large heart shaped leaves with soft highlights. A must for the tropical effect.
an excellent foliage plant from the Azure group of islands with wide glaucus leaves. Pale yellow flower heads in early summer. It requires well drained soil that quickly becomes humus rich as it gets deeper.
magnificent sub tropical looking plant with stout stem and large glossy radiating leaves and from late winter to late summer topped with large vibrant rose flowers. Unfortunately it can only take the slightest hint of frost.
